Can we import our existing employee database?

Yes. MyDNA supports bulk employee upload via CSV using a standard template provided by the platform. You can also register employees individually with all fields: position, department, hierarchy level, country, sub-department, English level, and role experience. Migration is supported by our implementation team.

Does MyDNA's payroll module replace our current payroll system?

It doesn't replace your payroll processing system — it complements it. MyDNA Payroll Report lets the HR team upload, validate, and close the monthly report by country, generating a consolidated salary dashboard. Templates are adapted to the labor regulations of each LATAM country.

What happens to asset records when an employee leaves?

When offboarding an employee, the system shows all assigned assets and guides you through the return process. The full history of assignments and returns is permanently recorded in the 'Recent Movements' section for audit purposes.

Can employees view and edit their own time records?

Yes. Employees can clock in and out, view their timekeeping history, and edit records for the current day — with a mandatory justification field. HR has full visibility and can export to CSV for audits and labor compliance.
